Let’s Put Your Space on the Map (Literally)
If you’ve been reading my recent posts, you know I’ve been experimenting a lot with 360-degree cameras. After successfully mapping out a few forgotten historical sites and wrestling with the backend of Google Maps, it finally hit me: I now know exactly what it takes to create, process, and publish high-quality 360° footage to Google Street View.
Since I’ve already launched my production house to bring stories to life, I want to expand that ecosystem. I’m thinking about launching a dedicated B2B 360° video branch focused specifically on Real Estate and Museums/Cultural Spaces.
Because I love history, the idea of helping spaces open up their doors to the digital world gets me genuinely excited. But before I go all-in buying more specialized rigging, I wanted to do a little market research and put out a vibe check.
Here is the blueprint of what this new branch will offer:
What We Offer: Virtual Walkthroughs & Blue Lines
We aren't just dropping a camera in the middle of a room and clicking record. We are offering two distinct digital pipelines depending on what a property or venue needs:
1. Custom Interactive Websites
If you run a real estate agency, a boutique hotel, or an indoor museum, we can build a completely custom, self-hosted website for your space. Users will be able to smoothly walk through the property, click on interactive hotspots for more information, and experience the venue as if they were standing right there.
2. Google Street View "Blue Lines"
For open public spaces—like open-air art museums, historical parks, botanical gardens, or massive event venues—this is where the real marketing magic happens. We will map your entire location and upload it directly to Google Maps as an official "Blue Line."
Why This Is a Game-Changer for Open Spaces
If you operate a venue that relies on foot traffic, giving people a high-quality digital preview is the ultimate hook.
- Set Expectations: It gives potential visitors a perfect understanding of the layout, scale, and atmosphere of your space before they even buy a ticket.
- The Passive Marketing Magnet: Millions of people use Google Maps daily to scout destinations. By putting a pristine 360° map out there, you are intercepting them exactly when they are looking for somewhere to go.
- Branded Watermarks: Every single panoramic view we upload can feature a clean, non-intrusive watermark linking back to your business or booking page.
- Keep It Fun (The Easter Eggs): Because I hate boring, sterile corporate content, I want to infuse some personality into this. We can hide inside jokes, have staff members show up in unexpected frames, or create a mini "Where's Waldo" style experience within the map to make it highly shareable.
🇪🇺 The Vibe Check: Are You In?
Right now, I am looking to pilot this across Europe. Whether you have a high-end property that needs a premium virtual tour, or you manage a cultural site that deserves to be properly mapped on Google Street View, I want to hear from you.
This is a quick check to see where the interest lies. If this sounds like something your business, museum, or agency needs, let's talk about how we can build it.
